El Limón waterfall
According to the official tourism site, the waterfall drops about 40 m from the Samaná hills into a pool where you can swim. The route is about 2.5 km long and can be done on foot, with good fitness, or on horseback. It is protected as the Salto El Limón Natural Monument.
Tips
Wear shoes that can get wet and bring a swimsuit. The trail can be slippery after rain — ask the provider about trail conditions and the minimum age.
