Terrenas Tours is a directory with a request service; it does not sell tours online.

1. The service
Terrenas Tours (terrenastours.com), operated by THERD SRL (RNC 133-63250-2), presents tours and activities in Las Terrenas and on the Samaná Peninsula and lets you send a request to our team. The site does not sell or book tours online and takes no payments.
2. Information shown
Listings are based on public information or information provided by providers, with the date it was checked. Prices are indicative: they are neither a quote nor a confirmation of availability. Information can change without notice — please report any error via the Report an activity page. The providers shown are not necessarily partners of the platform.
3. Requests
A request is not a confirmed booking. Our team contacts you on WhatsApp to confirm price, times and availability. If an activity is arranged with a provider, the service contract is between you and that provider, who is responsible for delivering it, for its safety and for its conditions (cancellation, weather, deposit).
4. Your commitments
Provide accurate information, do not send unlawful content or third parties' data without their agreement, and do not use the site to send unsolicited messages.
5. Providers
Listing is free. Every listing is checked before publication. Providers confirm they are entitled to offer their activities and to publish the photos they send. Their contact details are not published. They may ask at any time for their listing to be corrected or removed. Sponsored placements, if offered, are always labelled as such.
6. Intellectual property
The site's texts are original. Illustration photos come from Wikimedia Commons under free licences (see photo credits); provider photos are only published with permission.
7. Liability
THERD SRL strives to keep information accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that listings are complete or that providers deliver their services.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. We may update them; the update date is shown on this page.
